OUR NATURE

Empowered Immigrant Women Unite is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps immigrant and refugee women and families through education, workforce development, financial literacy, women's health education, life skills training, and community outreach.

Our Programs

​Women's Health Education
We provide culturally responsive health education on topics such as breast and cervical cancer screening, reproductive health, prenatal and postpartum care, menopause, nutrition, mental health, and disease prevention. We help women understand the healthcare system and connect them with local services.

​Workforce Development

We offer job readiness training, resume assistance, interview preparation, career coaching, digital literacy, and connections to employment and training opportunities

​Financial Literacy
Our financial education workshops help participants build budgeting, saving, banking, credit, debt management, and financial planning skills to achieve long-term financial stability.

Life Skills and Educational Workshops
We offer workshops that build practical skills, including cooking and nutrition, small business and entrepreneurship, digital skills, financial wellness, and other educational topics that support independence and self-sufficiency.
